For salaried recruitment, our answer is simple: we've developed a fee structure that bucks the trend in the recruitment industry but more importantly, one that mirrors our expertise and approach to business highlighted above.
These terms not only seek to offer exceptional value for money to our clients but also to demonstrate the confidence we have in our candidate qualification methods and technical understanding of the vacancies we are assigned. They’ve been designed specifically to drive the right behaviours in the recruiter by directly linking commercial gain to quality of service – a unique proposition in our market.
To that end we offer the following to all our clients;
Put simply, if the candidate we place earns less than £70,000 pa base salary and does not successfully complete the first 12 weeks of their assignment, regardless of the reason, you get 100% of the fee refunded. No caveats. No small print.

EXECUTIVE SEARCH: most search firms charge per stage for this service with strict rebate terms after placement but our method is different; your first instalment pays for discovery, search, screen, shortlist, introduction and placement of the £70,000+ pa individual. You then don’t pay us a penny more until the candidate has successfully completed 26 weeks at your organisation.
