About
TCG began working with MS-RT in 2022, building on a strong relationship with their HR Director from a previous organisation. At the time, MS-RT was scaling rapidly following the launch of its new production facility in Dagenham, creating urgent demand for skilled engineering and manufacturing talent.
The business needed recruitment support that could keep pace with growth, filling roles across niche manufacturing, technical engineering, leadership, and commercial functions, while helping MS-RT achieve its goal of becoming more structured, data-driven, and technologically capable.
