About
TCG was introduced to Senior through a mutual connection at a time when the business had recently undergone a restructure of their supply chain and procurement department. The company partnered with TCG aiming to enhance its recruitment efforts and reach candidates with the right skillset and potential.
These roles had become critical to stabilising procurement and supply chain operations following the restructure, and the business needed a recruitment partner that could identify and secure candidates with the right technical expertise, cultural fit, and ability to evolve with the business.
Process
TCG began with a comprehensive briefing process, visiting site on multiple occasions, gaining a deep understanding of Senior’s requirements, organisational culture, and strategic objectives. Detailed consultations with the Head of Supply Chain enabled us to align our search strategy and define the requirements for the Strategic Buyer positions.
We then executed a targeted search, headhunting talent not only across our aerospace network but also leveraging our established connections within defence and automotive. This comprehensive approach enabled us to access high-calibre candidates with transferable skills and values aligned to Senior’s expectations.
