What I’d recommend about the TCG team is the ability to send me only one or two CV’s that actually meet my requirements. None of this gambling that one of 30-40 CV’s might be acceptable. An actual professional who knows what good looks like when it comes to finding talent and someone who really justifies their finders fee.
