Unlike most executive search firms, who’s fees are weighted heavily towards the beginning of the process, our method is different.
The fee is broken down into 2 equal payments;
50% to retain our services at the start of the project
50% only payable once the placed candidate successfully completes their first 6 months at your organisation
The initial instalment pays for discovery, search, screening, shortlisting, interview stage and successful placement, with the final payment acting as official confirmation that the candidate is the perfect fit for your business.
