We are currently recruiting a number of Paint Sprayers to work for a leading automotive company in Pontypool, South Wales.
The ideal candidate will have automotive or aerospace spraying experience within a manufacturing, production or smart repair environment.
Duties:
Application of wet on wet to a high standard.
Identify issues with under or over prepped parts.
Actively applied COB with the use of anti-static equipment to minimum inclusions in thermo and thermosetting substrate.
To use provided equipment in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and manufacturers guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualified in city and guilds level 3 or IMI refinishing automotive industry.
A good understanding of, Quality improvement requirements and of Continuous Improvement.
Be numerate and have good oral and written communication skills.
Be able to work under pressure and prioritise own workload as required.
Proactive and positive approach, with a desire to succeed both personally and for the business.
Contract Details:
6 month contracts.
Brand new factory with plenty of progression opportunity.
£22-£25/hr (Inside IR35).
40-50 hrs per week.
Immediate start subject to telephone interview.
