Our client is building technology to change the way the world travels. On their behalf, we are currently recruiting a Procurement Assistant ideally with engineering or manufacturing experience. The ideal candidate will provide indirect procurement cover & general procurement support to the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be working with the Indirect purchasing team to support the P2P (Purchase to Pay) process. This includes processing purchase requisitions, new supplier onboarding and supporting invoice queries.
Day to day activities will include:
Supporting all Indirect spend across all sites.
Support with the day to day Indirect Procurement activities.
Assist in managing and contracting RFQs for specific projects.
Where applicable, monitor supplier performance.
Work collaboratively with the Supply Chain team to understand and support the business.
Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Interact with the Finance team to resolve invoicing queries.
Demonstrable experience working within a Supply Chain/Purchasing department.
Degree qualified (preferred).
Proficient use with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proficient administration and organisation skills.
Previous use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is desirable.
Remote working (likely 50/50 split of working from home and office based).
