Our Automotive Technology company are looking for an ambitious Program Manager to join their growing team.
You'll have at least 3 years experience of running fast-paced automotive projects and have APQP, PPAP process knowledge.
The company have a talented and passionate team who are looking to double their headcount over the next 2 years.
Key responsibilities:
Manage automotive projects. Including owning timing plans and other project formats to APQP standards, whilst ensuring delivery of defined program milestones, safeguarding cost and budgets, and quickly resolving any issues
Ownership of PPAP package delivery including support of document compilation
Manage customer communications to ensure requirements, specifications and deadlines are understood and met
Build strong working relationships internally with a cross functional team, including the Head of Engineering and the team leads of technical disciplines, in order to secure joined up execution and delivery of programs
Required Experience and Expertise:
Experienced running automotive projects, particularly from the perspective of a Tier 1 supplier. Timing plans, project formats, APQP, PPAP
Able to liaise well with a cross functional team
Being from a systems, infotainment or electrical background would be advantageous
Successful track record of management of complex programs within an automotive environment
Experience in a related sector to automotive may be acceptable for an exceptional candidate
