Technical Buyer

Our Automotive Technology R&D company require a Technical Buyer to join them on a permanent basis. 

They are directly addressing key strategic concerns of the global automotive industry and offering weight and power saving solutions.

Their technology is proven, and the vision is to deliver a paradigm shift in the eMobility user experience. 

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Raise RFQ’s and follow whole quote to PO process.

• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers and develop strategies to monitor supplier performance and facilitate and lead performance actions plans. Chase up delivery of components on order.

• Engage in new and existing projects and support with the procurement strategy.

• Conduct meetings with potential new suppliers and understand the suppliers’ capabilities and where they can support the business.

• Assist with costing and budgeting exercises.

• Participate in customer visits and assist in the enrolment of systems aligned with the customer requirements.
